Located in the heart of North Devon, Braunton Camera Club is the perfect place for photography enthusiasts of all skill levels. Our club is a place where adults with a shared passion for photography can come together to learn, share, and grow. Interested in joining? ​Activities

Our club meets throughout the year on Monday evenings. During the summer, we organise informal outdoor sessions starting from 6:30pm. These gatherings are not just about photography; they're social events where we enjoy the scenery, capture stunning images, and conclude with some well-deserved refreshments and conversation.

In the winter months, we move indoors or occasionally connect virtually via Zoom. These meetings begin at 7:30pm and wrap up at 9:15pm, featuring a variety of activities from guest speakers to critique sessions.

Our event calendar is packed with a diverse range of activities tailored to photographers. From themed competitions to guest speakers, there's always something to look forward to. We understand the value of revisiting learning material, which is why most of our Zoom meetings and talks are recorded. Members can access these recordings at any time to watch and learn at their own pace.

Memberships & Affiliations

As an affiliate of the Western Counties Photographic Federation (WCPF), the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB), and the Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique (FIAP), our members are eligible to participate in a variety of external competitions. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your work on a larger stage.​
